Customized Private Group Menu
If you are renting Silver Lake for a wedding, a unique menu can be created for your group. Private rental groups may decide to use a pre-selected menu or work with the kitchen team to create a customized menu.
If you decide to create a menu, you must liaise with our kitchen team to utilize their experience and knowledge to suggest a menu and determine the additional costs. The cost for a specialized menu depends on the individual request and will be determined on a per/person basis over and above the nightly rate. All customized menu requests must align with our Allergy policy.
Finalized menu preparations must arrive at our offices, no later than two weeks prior to your visit. The group size may also limit what the kitchen can prepare and serve.
