Youth Camp 8–12yrs
This program offer our younger campers a chance to discover the magic of Silver Lake during 5-night stay. As this may be your camper’s first-time away from home, we focus on creating a safe and exciting environment for children to discover new outdoor adventures such as canoeing, archery, giant camp games and EcoFun exploration (just to name a few), topped off by evening songs and hot chocolate around the campfire! https://silverlake.campbrainregistration.com/
All Ages Camp 8–16yrs
‘Unplug’ your kids and get them back to nature. We pack 6 days of non-stop outdoor action, challenges and exploration through camp classics like Logger Olympics, archery competitions, paddle-a-thons, and teambuilding on our high ropes course—a series of suspended obstacles in the trees. Leaders in Training 14–16yrs
Silver Lake Camp’s Leadership program is for campers who are interested in developing their leadership skills while enjoying summer camp. The program focuses on communication skills, growing self-confidence in yourself and others, event planning, self-reflection and team dynamics. There is also opportunity throughout the week to work alongside cabin leaders and their cabin group. Program Topics Include Group processes: what is a leader and leadership roles, and group dynamics. Self-Awareness: values, goal setting and evaluating Communication: expression, body language, and listening Planning: problem-solving, delegation and motivation Safety: assessment, forethought and physical and emotional danger recognition. Interpersonal Skills: trust, honesty, inclusion and positive reinforcement. Stress: identification, cause, coping and prevention Entertaining: songs, stories, and games

OAK - Outdoor Adventure Kamps 14-16yrs
Silver LakeCamp features two Outdoor Adventure Kamps (OAK) each summer.
Kamp #1 The Backpacking is a classic.... This year we’ll spend three days hiking in Cathedral Provincial Park; taking in the astounding natural beauty and unique geological formations such as Devils Woodpile, Hamburger City, Giants Cleft and Ladyslipper Lake. Oh Wow, don't forget the massive natural formation that looks exactly like Smokey the Bear before setting out for camp. This challenging OAK adventure combines all the elements, passion, hard work, team-building, adrenaline and accomplishment into one bundled 7-day ultimate camp experience. ASD - Autism Spectrum Disorder
Silver Lake Camp features opportunities for higher functioning youth to attend overnight camp and integrate into the program, there are limited slots per session. Campers must be able to communicate needs and not reliant on a support person. They have had some sleep away experience and can do all toilet operations unassisted. Please call the office for more information or book a slot (You may be waitlisted but that may just be for review purposes) and we will send you our intake form and together we can evaluate your camper.
TEEN Camps 14-16yrs
Silver Lake Camp features a Teen only session in late summer for six days and is the ultimate camp experience for your older camper. We do all the normal camp EcoFun activities but we take them to the next level with the older campers and it's kinda like an end of summer camp party.

A Day at Camp
Campers will have the opportunity to learn
exciting new skills through daily individual
choice and cabin activity rotations including:
EcoFun, canoeing, Paddle boards, archery,
swimming, low rope climbing
challenges, arts & crafts, hiking,
and camp wide games. Everyone also takes part in the
famous skit nights and campfire stories!
